Yes. We carry the licensing and insurance commercial work requires and we are bonded. Certificates of insurance are available on request for your property manager or facilities team.
Yes. Every quote follows a free walkthrough of your facility and comes with no obligation. You keep the written scope whether or not you go ahead.
It depends on square footage, how often you need service and what is in scope, so any published rate would be wrong for most buildings. After the walkthrough you get one fixed monthly figure with supplies included, in writing.
Both. Every program can be booked as a one-time project or set on a recurring schedule. Post-construction and deep cleans are usually one-time; janitorial is usually recurring, but neither is a rule.
Yes. Nightly is the most common janitorial schedule we run, typically five nights a week. Three or four nights, twice weekly, weekly and monthly schedules are all available.
Yes. Most accounts are serviced when the building is empty, whether that is overnight, before opening or at a weekend. Industrial sites are often scheduled around a shift change.
From single professional suites up to multi-floor offices and large warehouse and distribution space. Tell us the approximate square footage on the walkthrough request and we will scope it accordingly.
Yes. Medical facilities are cleaned to a documented protocol with colour-separated materials for clinical and non-clinical areas, and waste handled to the point where your licensed vendor takes over.
Yes. Warehouse floor scrubbing, high-bay and racking dusting, loading docks, equipment surrounds, breakrooms and site restrooms, scheduled around production.
Yes, for general contractors and property owners. We work in phases: a rough clean once the trades are out, a final detail clean, and a touch-up before the owner walkthrough.
Yes. Equipment, cleaning products and restroom consumables are included in your price unless you would rather supply your own. We use eco-conscious products as standard.
Yes. Paper, soap and liners are managed as part of a janitorial program and included in the monthly figure unless you prefer to stock them yourself.
Yes, every crew member on every account. The same crew returns to your building so nobody has to relearn it.
You call one person, not a call centre, and it gets corrected. Supervisor inspections happen on a schedule and are recorded, so a recurring problem gets caught rather than repeated.
